"content": "Shipping and delivery Last updated: 25 September 2026 We deliver across Ireland. Delivery is free on orders of €60 or more. Express delivery The basket offers Express Delivery at €22. Two things about it are worth stating plainly, because they are what this store's checkout actually does. Below €60 it is the only delivery service offered , so an order under that value is charged €22 for delivery. At or above €60 free delivery is selected by default , and Express becomes a paid upgrade you can choose on top. Choose it under Delivery options on the cart page before paying. Handling and transit Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. Transit then typically takes 5 to 7 days to an Irish address. Any product-specific lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed after the order. Delivery dates are estimates unless we agree a binding date in writing. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may travel in separate parcels. Tracking A tracking link is emailed to the address used at checkout once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Tracking numbers only exist after an order has been processed and sent, so they are not available immediately after ordering. See Track your parcel for what to do when a link is missing or has stopped updating. Import charges Prices shown include no import duty. Orders can be dispatched from more than one warehouse, so a parcel may attract import VAT, customs duty or a carrier handling charge raised on arrival, depending on where it was sent from and the rules in force at the time. Contact us before ordering if you want to know how a particular order will travel. We declare the contents of every parcel accurately. Address accuracy Check the recipient name, address and Eircode before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; a change may not be possible after dispatch. Damage or non-delivery Keep the packaging and contact us with the order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged. If tracking has stopped or the parcel is overdue, contact us so the delivery can be investigated. Faulty, damaged or missing goods are covered on the Refunds and Returns page.",

"content": "Refunds and returns Last updated: 25 September 2026 Cancelling before dispatch An order can be cancelled at any time before it ships. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment, so contact theteam@customersupport.care with the order number as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, the return terms below apply instead. Your right to change your mind When you buy online you have 14 days from the day the goods are delivered to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. This right comes from the EU Consumer Rights Directive as given effect in Ireland by the Consumer Rights Act 2022. We also accept returns within 15 days of purchase , which is this store's own policy; you may use whichever of the two ends later. To withdraw, tell us clearly by email with the order number, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of hearing from you, although we may wait until the goods are back with us or you show us proof of posting. The refund goes back through the original payment method. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods to the warehouse the parcel came from. We do not charge any other fee for a change-of-mind return. If an item has been handled more than was needed to inspect it and has lost value as a result, we may reduce the refund by that loss. Please send the product back with everything that came with it, in its original packaging where you still have it, together with the order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. Those are requests that make a return quicker to process; they are not conditions of your 14-day right to withdraw. We cannot accept returns of items bought from a third-party retailer. Faulty, damaged, incomplete or wrong items Tell us straight away if a parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing parts, the wrong product was sent, or the order never arrives. Send the order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. In these cases we arrange the return at our cost and put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose they are sold for, and as described. If a product is not, you are entitled to a remedy: you can reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and after that you are entitled to a repair or a replacement, or to a price reduction or refund if a repair or replacement is not possible. These rights cannot be taken away, and nothing on this page or anywhere else on this site reduces them. Refunds An approved refund is processed within 24 to 48 hours of the returned item reaching us, and in every case within the time the law allows. How quickly it then appears depends on your card issuer or PayPal. If you would rather hold the value as credit against a future order, tell us when you start the return. If something goes wrong Contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. Independent information on your rights is available from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie and from the European Consumer Centre Ireland at eccireland.ie . A consumer claim of up to €2,000 can be brought through the small claims procedure of the District Court. We are not signed up to a private dispute resolution scheme. Starting a return Email theteam@customersupport.care with the order number, the product and the reason. Do not send card details or payment credentials by email.",

We are the data controller for that data. Data we use We use contact, delivery, order and support information needed to process purchases, deliver goods, prevent abuse, keep records and answer requests. Payment providers process payment credentials; this store does not receive or store full card numbers. Why we use it We use personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the store. We do not sell customer personal data. Retention and security Records are kept only as long as needed for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages. Product information and prices We aim to describe products accurately. Prices are displayed and charged in euro. This store's checkout adds no tax to the price shown, so the figure on the product page is the figure charged for the goods; delivery, where it applies, is added separately and shown before payment. If a material pricing or description error is discovered, we will contact you before the order is fulfilled. Orders and payment Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we never ask customers to email full card details. Delivery Delivery terms, charges and destinations are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page . The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods Your right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, our own 15-day return window and your rights if goods are faulty are set out on the Refunds and Returns page . Those rights come from the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
