This policy explains how Concrete Mould Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, handles personal data when you browse, place an order or contact us. We are the data controller for that data.

Data we use

We use contact, delivery, order and support information needed to process purchases, deliver goods, prevent abuse, keep records and answer requests. Payment providers process payment credentials; this store does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the store. Where the law requires consent, including for analytics and advertising cookies, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives it

Relevant data may be shared with payment, delivery, hosting, email, fraud-prevention and professional services where that is needed for the purpose it was collected for. We do not sell customer personal data.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as needed for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 apply to the personal data this store holds. You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Some of the services that process data for us, including payment and email providers, operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards the GDPR recognises, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
