These terms apply to concretemould.irish, operated by Concrete Mould Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. Prices are displayed and charged in euro. This store's checkout adds no tax to the price shown, so the figure on the product page is the figure charged for the goods; delivery, where it applies, is added separately and shown before payment. If a material pricing or description error is discovered, we will contact you before the order is fulfilled.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we never ask customers to email full card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and destinations are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, our own 15-day return window and your rights if goods are faulty are set out on the Refunds and Returns page. Those rights come from the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
