Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Ireland. Delivery is free on orders of €60 or more.

Express delivery

The basket offers Express Delivery at €22. Two things about it are worth stating plainly, because they are what this store's checkout actually does. Below €60 it is the only delivery service offered, so an order under that value is charged €22 for delivery. At or above €60 free delivery is selected by default, and Express becomes a paid upgrade you can choose on top. Choose it under Delivery options on the cart page before paying.

Handling and transit

Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. Transit then typically takes 5 to 7 days to an Irish address. Any product-specific lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed after the order. Delivery dates are estimates unless we agree a binding date in writing.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may travel in separate parcels.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to the address used at checkout once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Tracking numbers only exist after an order has been processed and sent, so they are not available immediately after ordering. Import charges

Prices shown include no import duty. Orders can be dispatched from more than one warehouse, so a parcel may attract import VAT, customs duty or a carrier handling charge raised on arrival, depending on where it was sent from and the rules in force at the time. Contact us before ordering if you want to know how a particular order will travel. We declare the contents of every parcel accurately.

Address accuracy

Check the recipient name, address and Eircode before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

Damage or non-delivery

Keep the packaging and contact us with the order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged. If tracking has stopped or the parcel is overdue, contact us so the delivery can be investigated. Faulty, damaged or missing goods are covered on the Refunds and Returns page.
